Reformers for Sale
Our two metal Gratz reformers are for sale. If you're looking for a reformer for your home, or you know someone who is, ask us for details. We know that some of you prefer the stability and timelessness of the Gratz, but we're looking to replace them with pieces that will better serve our clinical studio needs.

Our New Friend
Today saw the arrival of our new friend, _______. He's about 5'4", very slender and fair. He'll feature prominently in this Saturday's Hip and Pelvis Workshop.
We haven't totally decided on a name for our new friend. We thought perhaps once he was assembled his name would be obvious to us, but even now that he's hanging vertically on a stand, we're still open to suggestions. He's made in Germany, if that helps fire your imaginations.
We'd rather not name him "Joe." We've already got pictures of Mr. Pilates all around the studio; we don't need a replica of his skeleton.
We hope ________ will help us explain the structures and movement patterns of the body in motion and at rest, so that everyone can better visualize what we're trying to do with our exercises.
________ is looking for duo partners.

Showing Up
Hello, World.
This is a little scary. We've been putting ourselves out there in so many ways- our open house, the newsletter, celebrating with our friends and family in our new roles as owners of reFORM Pilates and Movement- and now this! Well. One thing I've learned, which has been confirmed indisputably by my experience at reFORM, is that when you show up for life, you let good things happen.
Our clients are so wonderful! Each of them brings unique and incredible talents and interests into our sphere of consciousness, expanding our sense of connectedness and completeness. With any luck, this blog will help us give more of ourselves, within the reFORM community and beyond.
